Collective Living

Having been employed for The Collective for over four years on the in-house Design Team, I was proudly part of the architectural and interior design solutions for both the Canary Wharf scheme in London and Paper Factory scheme in New York.

Both schemes stem from the concept of co-living, whereby a resident would rent their private studio space and have access to ample amenity provisions throughout the building. Our role on the Design Team was to take the studio and amenity spaces through from concept to completion which encompassed all aspects from architectural design, fixture design (for example, built-in furniture), room and spacial layouts, interior design packages, FF&E procurement, installations and site management. We were there through the whole journey working alongside other colleagues and consultants in the construction industry to create these remarkable buildings.
